Based in South Sutton we offer a range of personal training, dietary advice, physiotherapy and fitness programmes.
We have two purpose-built, private studios where our clients experience privacy and personal attention. We can also offer fitness & training programmes which involve outdoor activities.
We actively support Sutton Blind and Visually Impaired Runners with groups offering weekly runs, covering both short and long distances, for all age groups and abilities.
Anne is also in demand as a talented motivational speaker and magazine writer, and has also worked on Fox TV!
