For some time I’ve been supporting Marsden Hospital by providing training programmes for charity fundraisers who are taking part in activities ranging from the Marsden March through to running marathons.
I’ve put together a set of training schedules for all abilities ranging from beginner, through intermediate and onto advanced walkers. These were created to make sure walkers are fully prepared for the ‘My Marsden March’ challenge. Each walking plan helps you to gradually increase your walking distance over a period of around 10 weeks.
