I am a highly experienced and dynamic consultant in sport and exercise medicine with expertise in personal fitness, rehabilitation and workplace health awareness. Over nearly two decades, I have enjoyed working with individual clients to build their fitness levels and health and alongside companies building their employee health and fitness wellbeing.
I combine extensive fitness and health expertise with motivational speaking, broadcasting and writing, raising awareness of the benefits of fitness, and how to retain or regain full strength, flexibility and enjoyment of a fit and healthy body. I hold wide experience in organising and hosting large corporate sporting events.
As a consultant in sport and exercise medicine, I provide full assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal rehabilitation. In particular, I bring expertise in knee / hip & shoulder issues, and a comprehensive and progressive approaches to the assessment of all sports injuries.
In 2013, I was honoured to win the England Athletics Run England Leader of the Year award for the London region.
In 2013, I became the leader for the Sutton Blind and Visually Impaired Runners programme.
Since 2014, I have been significantly involved with The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust as a trainer, speaker and sports masseuse. Actively supporting fundraising events and fitness awareness.
