EARLY MORNING SUNRISE PILATES – 6.30AM

TO LEAVE YOU FEELING BRIGHT, REFRESHED & READY TO TAKE ON THE DAY

A 50 minute energising wake up class with a 10 minute stretch out at the end

 

CANDLELIGHT PILATES CLASS – 7PM

TO SOOTHE YOU INTO THE EVENING

A one hour ambient candlelit class with an additional 10 minutes of relaxation


A mix of low repetition exercises focusing the entire body on control of movement and breath in total unison. Through the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning this unique trinity of a balanced body, mind and spirit will be achieved and self-confidence follows. You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a transformed body in thirty sessions.


Client to teacher ratio of 4:1 enabling bespoke and unique training for clients, working to strengthen the back and work through injuries.

10 sessions booked payable in advance to run for 10 weeks; if you are away or cannot attend any of the sessions then these will be available via online live, actual time Zoom session or in an audio format for you to listen to at your leisure.
